Vendor FAQs

The Non-Profit Food Booth online application process is now closed as the booth space is sold out.

Vendor meetings will be held on Wednesday, August 25 at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel, Appleton.




Please note:
All vendors must be a not-for-profit or work through a not-for-profit organization.

If you are a retail vendor working with a not-for-profit organization, the organization must have prominent signage on the booth. The recommended size is 3 ft. x 5 ft.

The not-for-profit organization must be within a 30 miles radius and be approved by the Board of Directors.

Booth forms must have the name of the not-for-profit organization and the for-profit company, contact persons for both and the phone numbers plus e-mail addresses.

All booths must sell some type of food - you can not have a booth just to distribute information or advertise.
